HyperTexting is now available in the App Store! 📲

…and we’re live! :tada:

HyperTexting

I’m working on some updates to the website before we make an official announcement and start working on outreach, but I wanted to share it here first.

Thanks to everyone who helped provide feedback during the public TestFlight! :folded_hands:t4:

Curious why the launch is not available globally.

Hi there @juan :waving_hand: thank you for your interest in HyperTexting. :folded_hands:

We are definitely planning on making the app available in more countries as we smooth out some of the initial paper cuts. We are a very small team (two people) so we can only move so fast, and we just don’t have the bandwidth to field feedback and provide support in multiple languages at this time. If the App Store offered support for saying an app was only available in English we would make it available globally where users have selected English as their primary language. But no such option is available as far as we know. For now we’ve generated a rough list of countries where English is an officially recognized language and made the app available in those countries. As soon as the overall design of the app stabilizes to the point where we can work on adding more languages, then we’ll make the app available in more countries.

I hope this helps answer your question.

Hi @calebhailey.com thanks for the reply. Looking forward to the wide release of HyperTexting then! In the meantime I’ve been using the TestFlight version, so I hope regular updates continue there as well.

Cheers

I think TestFlight is currently behind the App Store release by two versions. I’ll try to get that updated next week.
