Unable to press "get started" button

I downloaded app from App Store few days ago and wasn’t able to press “Get Started” button: it is disabled with the progress indicator running. Force quitting doesn’t help either.

Thank you for reporting this, @shashk :+1: if restarting the app didn’t help can you try uninstalling & reinstalling? The app does need network access to perform an initial download of the default feeds before it can be opened (to avoid presenting an “empty” app).

I hope this helps!

Force restart didn’t help. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t help. Switching off WiFi (maybe Adblock) didn’t help. So still showing as getting started for me.

OK, that’s pretty unusual. I’ll look into some improvements there.

Can you share your OS version and device model?

I have iPhone 17 Pro Max running latest iOS 26.5.2.

Interesting enough, I just re-launched the app and Get started button was enabled and I finally in. Nothing really changed since last couple of days.

I had the exact same issue on iPhone 17 Pro Max also running the latest iOS 26. Just downloaded the app from the app store for the first time and couldn’t click Get Started.

For me, it eventually finished loading and enabled.

Thanks for trying HyperTexting, @Sillvva! And thank you for giving this a +1 :folded_hands: I was looking into this earlier this week before I started getting some press inquiries out of the blue and that required most of my attention this week. I should be back into app mode this afternoon and hopefully get a new release out that speeds up the initial launch ASAP.
